The workshop: an AI-assisted content production system
From one to four SEO posts a day without hiring staff and without lowering the editorial standard. A complete system, designed and built without a development team.
The bottleneck wasn't writing
It was everything else: keyword selection without consistent criteria, topics repeated across locations, formatting that ate up time, and the lack of any follow-up verification.
Building the system from inside the content team
- Selection. An Apps Script automation cross-references Search Console and the keyword API in a single sheet, with scoring by location and duplicate removal.
- Writing. Three AI skills: keyword research, generation in the brand voice (taken from the editorial guide I wrote), and review of the published page against the brief.
- Formatting. A generator builds the final document in the exact internal format, in Spanish and English. It's the least glamorous part and the one that gave the most hours back to the team.
- Measurement. Looker Studio dashboards and a workflow manual, so the system doesn't depend on me.

From one to four posts a day
With two languages, two brands, and the same team, and without removing editorial review.
The manual lets someone else operate the system without having built it.
What this system is and isn't
It's built from the content side, not from engineering: with basic knowledge of JavaScript and Python, iterating with AI.
It's custom-made for one specific workflow. Its logic — prioritize, write against explicit rules, assemble, verify — carries over to any content operation at scale.
What the system adds isn't that it writes for me, but that it minimizes the work that isn't writing.
